Through this understanding, and her extensive list of college contacts, Coach Kim has placed over 20 girls into college softball programs, while providing scholarship offers to more than 65 players in the last ten years. With three years as a former recruiting liaison for Central Coast Athletics, and a year as a Division 1 assistant coach with University of New Mexico, Kim Reeder's network and expertise in college softball recruitment is unparalleled in Northern California. With NCAA recruiting rules recently changing, it is important to hire and use an informed and knowledgable liaison to dot your i's and cross your t's before and during the recruiting process. The recruiting window is smaller now, and time cannot be wasted in feeble attempts to get the attention of your desired college. Coach Kim gets in direct communication with any college she is hired to represent you for.  After a contract is signed agreeing to the terms of recruitment between player, family and Coach Kim, player assessment and recruitment begins. No college is out of Coach Kim's communication reach. As a 2005 California Gatorade Player of the Year, Coach Kim was recruited by nearly every college coach in the nation and holds good rapport with most every one today. Through high school, travel ball, college and international playing and coaching travel ball and college, Coach Kim is acknowledged and respected by colleges for her recruiting suggestions.
