IN-PERSON TRAINING
Coach Kim provides in person lessons on a weekly or biweekly basis. Lessons are tailored to the talent level of the client. Mechanics are not "cookie-cutter" and vary from player to player. Coach Kim assesses the client's level and adjusts form, drills, and mindset to progressively maximize the player's accuracy, consistency, speed, and mechanics from lesson to lesson. Athlete, parent(s), and guardian(s) must sign a liability waiver and commitment agreement before their first lesson. The client must be six years of age or older. Coach Kim offers 2 on 1 training. Paired lessons inspire competitiveness, compare progression, and make sessions more enjoyable for clients. Paired lessons develop an ability to self-coach when attention is not directly on the athlete. These lessons will always include games, pressure situations, and challenging accuracy, speed and conditioning drills.
PITCHING CLINICS
Seven Strong can provide your team, your little league, or your organization a customized clinic. Coach Kim's network of former and current elite travel players, current and former college players and current coaches and colleagues make camps an easy customizable experience for any client. Clinics can vary from 1-4 hour increments, one day or multiple day camps, with as many or as little instructors per player wanted. Clinics can cover basic, intermediate, or advanced techniques, mechanics and drills, along with inter-squad play and scrimmage scenarios to fully immerse the campers. Coach Kim has assisted and ran over a dozen camps and clinics in the past ten years, including high end college recruitment camps on the Central Coast.
VIRTUAL TRAINING AND VIDEO ANALYSIS
Due to high demand from players and families across the nation and world alike, Coach Kim is now available for video analysis with mechanic critique, recommendation and player analysis through submitted video footage. Pre-recorded, easy-to-understand and follow lesson plans, drills and examples will be assigned to solve mechanical issues and improve performance otherwise for beginners through advanced players.
